• 100% Advance payment. If payment is made through Cheque then it should be in favor of “Silver Touch Technologies Ltd.” Payable at Ahmedabad.
• Payment is also acceptable through RTGS/NEFT/IMPS. Bank Details mentioned below.
• Please write your Full name, CPF Number and Mobile Number on back side of the Cheque, if payment is made through cheque
• The order once placed cannot be cancelled.
• Delivery period will be 14-16 weeks from the date of placement of order.
• 3 Years Onsite Warranty on Laptop and 1 Year Warranty on Battery from the Date of Invoice
• Silver Touch has the right to withdraw/ modify the offer at any point of time.

The parties will act responsibly to discuss the affected obligations, potential work-arounds and related issues in good faith and will document any agreed changes to the agreement.”
