Second Phase for ‘Aaple Sarkar’ Launched on 26th January 2016
On the 26th of January, 2016 CM Shri Devendra Fadnavis launched the second phase for Aaple Sarkar; 156 citizen-centric services go live with this launch, offering more convenience to the citizens of Maharashtra. The grievance redressal portal for Maharashtra State was developed by Silver Touch. They also developed a mobile app for the same, which ensures more mobility. The first phase launch was a huge success, and the numbers speak volumes. The portal has received 24,000 grievance applications of which 19500 have been resolved. Around 8 lakh applications for Right to Service were received since the launch of the portal. The Government is all set to roll out 40,000 more ‘Aaple Sarkar’ centers across Maharashtra in an attempt to bridge the digital divide.
