A Brief Overview of 24x7 NOC Monitoring

NOC (pronounced "nock") stands for Network Operations Center. A NOC is the central location from which an organization monitors its computer and telecommunications networks, including servers, applications, routers, switches, circuits, UPS, environmental sensors, security cameras and more. The NOC monitors, detects, and resolves events as they happen. Our NOC's goal is to improve our clients' network and IT infrastructure uptime.

Our primary NOC is staffed and supported by people whose skills match the different levels of support we offer our customers.Our support staff has between 3 and 15 years of technical experience. The NOC is staffed 24x7, with overlap between shifts to allow for proper hand-off of open issues.

The NOC Service Desk acts as the single point of contact for each customer and monitors all events, tickets, and escalations by reacting to problems appropriately, considering their priority and impact on your business. In short, the goal of the NOC Service Desk is to perform all necessary activities to ensure continuity of your service within the prescribed time limits defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Our NOC Service is the result of a collaboration of industry experts, who leverage their cumulative knowledge, sophisticated software tools and standardized processes to constantly monitor your network's health. It's a level of service and intelligence filtering that no off-the-shelf solution can provide. This is merely a support service.
