- Diagnosis and elimination of the the faults at the end-user end.
- Train and update the user with proper guidance for any end-user errors / mistakes.
- Proactively taking corrective actions while performing Preventive Maintenance of Desktops / Printers.
- Trained to handle all types of End-User Support Calls for Hardware/Software related tasks for Desktops / Printers / Projection System etc.
- Hardware configuration, software installation and configuration and client applications installation and configuration.
- Periodic Audit for preventing installation of unauthorized software by end users.
- Prevention and management of surprise virus attacks / Trojans that may harm client network in part or whole.
- Work in tandem with the Helpdesk, Network & Server Administrator.
