Service department has its own infrastructure and resources that are put together to generate its own clientele other than the warranty clients and generates its own revenue.

We have more than 80 qualified engineers who are certified for various hardware, software and networking products and services. Customer Service is supported by a state of the art Helpdesk. The helpdesk works on a procedural flowchart strategy to resolve customer issues at the first level itself.

Service maintenance of warranty and non-warranty systems is served from here. This is fast turning into Managed IT Services or Facility Management; by virtue of which we cater to the entire EDP needs of our valued clients.
